If the guy has tough questions, I don't have a problem with him asking them. But schedule a proper interview. Tell Keene you're going to ask him about the issue so he can have a reasonable response. Sometimes these "journalists" believe that believe the results of the ambush (your word. I like it.) which is generally disaray is evidence of unethical behavior. When the truth of the matter is that this would happen to anyone.

I mean if we are in a deep conversation about football, and I'm explaining to you why the Falcons will beat the Cowboys next Sunday, and suddenly dive into this fast and furious interjection on you taking a bribe, your only reasonable response would be, "Uh, what?"

And then the audacity of the guy to follow him into a conference room where a panel discussion is going on, interrupt the lunch break, be screaming in his mic repeating phrases over and over that he would never get answers to, and turn around and say, "I wasn't causing a scene, it was Keene". He sounds like a little kid.

You're exactly right Nick. Ziegler's use of "ambush journalism" reeks of Michael Moore and the tactics used by those who cannot tolerate a decent debate. He is the TMZ to William F Buckley's "Firing Line".

Perhaps this is better excused if we take into account his possible career move: from partially respected commentator to 'Contributing Editor' of those all-so-respectable InfoWars and Alex Jones-esque websites.
